With over 17 years of customer service experience in the animal health industry, our friendly and knowledgeable staff are ready to answer any enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

All enquiries will receive an initial response by the next business day via the preferred form of contact, via phone or via an email.

All employees dealing with customers will identify themselves with their first name, they will be courteous and respectful at all times.
