Returns Policy

Procedure for Returns

Net To Pet accepts returns within 14 days of purchase.

Step 1:
Before any item is returned you must contact a NetToPet Sales Representative for a returns number by either:
-  Emailing sales@nettopet.com.au, or by
- Phoning 1300 783 873

Step 2:
Upon receiving a return reference number, please label and post back the items to the below address:

  • Products must be in their original condition, that is they must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • The customer must be able to provide proof of purchase in the form of a copy of the original receipt and/or packing slip.
  • The 14-day period within which you are eligible to request a return commences the date you accept delivery of the product. If you cannot provide proof of delivery this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the dispatch date.
  • Net To Pet will only offer refunds if we have arranged pickup and return through our freight service.  If the product(s) are not returned using our courier service Net To Pet does not accept responsibility for misplaced or damaged goods.
  • Customers will be responsible for any freight charges relating to the return of the goods. Any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund
  • In the event that a refund is required due to an error in shipping made by Net To Pet, we will cover any freight charges relating to the refund.  
  • Outside the 14-day refund period products may no longer qualify for a refund, or may be subject to additional fees.

 

What if my product arrives Damaged?

If you have received your order damaged please contact our sales team by emailing sales@nettopet.com.au, or by calling 1300 783 873.
