Free Shipping Policy

 Net to Pet Offer Free shipping on orders over $49 in Selected Metro & Major Regional Areas.

 Free shipping currently applies to:

Conditions Apply:

1. Free Shipping is not included for PO Boxes, Australia Post Express or Parcel Lockers.

2. The cheapest shipping method will be selected for Free Shipping eligible orders.

3. Postage Costs do not count towards the $49 for free shipping threshold.

4. Not all postcodes within designated shipping zone’s are eligible for free shipping, a quote can be obtained for shipping within the site cart once an order has been added to cart.

5. Net to Pet Reserves the right at its discretion to change and without notice, notwithstanding other changes:

a)     Free Shipping Eligible area’s

b)     The Threshold for free shipping.

c)     The courier services utilised in the delivery process.

Shipping Lead Times

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 1-3 business days.

Adelaide: 2-4 business days.

Perth: 5-10 business days.

Major regional areas 2-4 business days.

Remote areas can take longer for delivery: Please allow up to 2 weeks.


Orders Which Do Not Qualify For Free Shipping

For orders outside metro and major regional areas, postage costs are calculated by the size, weight and the location of your order. Postage rates are calculated by our courier partners, All postage costs are displayed before you proceed to payment. 

Unfortunately, we do not ship Internationally.


Authority to Leave

We know you can't be home 24/7, which is why we have given our courier partners permission to leave your order at your door without requiring a signature. This allows you to do whatever you have to do, knowing your order will be ready and waiting on your doorstep for your pet to enjoy. Please contact our awesome customer service team should you wish to have the authority to leave removed.


Commercial Quantities and Right of Refusal 

Net to Pet operates as a retail-focused business and reserves the right to cancel at its discretion, Orders which are deemed to be for resale, and/or in commercial quantity. Net to Pet reserves the right to reject your offer to purchase products for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, errors in pricing or errors in the description, in such a circumstance Net to Pet may contact you to make other arrangements as it sees fit.

Returns Policy

Net To Pet accepts returns within 30 days of purchase, Palatability claims are are also accepted on a case by case basis where supported by suppliers.

Step 1: Before any item is returned you must complete a returns application form

Step 2: Upon receiving a return reference number, and the return being approved with customer service, please label and post back the items to the below address:

  • Products must be in their original condition, that is they must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Palatability claims must be able to show evidence of 50% of the bag remaining and provide the batchcode for QA purposes.
  • The customer must be able to provide proof of purchase in the form of their order number.
  • The 30 day period within which you are eligible to request a return commences the date you accept delivery of the product. If you cannot provide proof of delivery this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the dispatch date.
  • Customers will be responsible for any freight charges relating to the return of the goods.
  • In the event that a refund is required due to an error in shipping made by Net To Pet, we will cover any freight charges relating to the refund.  
  • Outside the 30 day refund period products may no longer qualify for a refund, or may be subject to additional fees.
  • We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on food, treats or any edible items that are opened due to OHS Policies.
  • These terms and conditions do not waive any rights under the consumer rights act of 2015 which may apply.


What if my product arrives Damaged?
